At Beautifest, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, here is how we can help:

 

1. The 14-Day Rule

 

You have14 days from the day your package arrives to request a return.

 

2. Hygiene First

 

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened beauty products.

 

3. Broken or Damaged?

 

If your order arrived damaged or defective, please take a photo and email us immediately. We will send you a replacement free of charge.

 

4. How to Return

 

1. Email us at soapcraftco4@gmail.com with your order number.

2. We will send you instructions on where to ship it.

3. Once we receive the unopened item, we will refund your original payment method (excluding shipping costs).

Note: Sale items are final and cannot be returned. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged.
